Upon entering, you are greeted by a large open hall that leads directly to the two bedrooms on your left. Further down the hall, you will find a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, with the bathroom and laundry area situated beyond the main living space. \n\n For those who prefer custom sleeping arrangements, we offer flexible bedding options. While the second bedroom typically contains 2 single beds, we can swap these for 1 super king bed given adequate notice for a fee of NZD30. \n\n The interior is equipped to ensure a cozy stay regardless of the weather. A heat pump provides warmth in the living area, and each bedroom is outfitted with an additional heater for personalized comfort. The living space is centered around a large flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, while the kitchen is fully equipped to provide all the comforts of home. \n\n Located in a prime position, the apartment is a reasonably flat 10 to 15 minute walk from the center of town, making it easy to explore the local area. Regarding accessibility, guests will find a slightly angled pathway from the carpark area with approximately 5 steps (without hand rails) to reach the front door. Once inside, the entire property is on one level, with the sole exception of a single step leading into the bathroom. \n\n Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM.
