This suite also offers direct private access to the deck via sliding glass doors. The second bedroom includes a king bed and big screen TV, while the third bedroom is equipped with two full beds and a big screen TV.

Inside, you will find an open and airy atmosphere with vaulted ceilings, granite countertops throughout, and a spacious dining area ideal for family gatherings. The large living room is anchored by a gigantic sectional sofa with a lounge seat and an electric fireplace console with a remote, complemented by a large cabinet filled with board games for your entertainment.

• Pet Policy: Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome with a $75 fee per pet, per stay. Dogs are not permitted on furniture and must not be left unattended
• Restrictions: No smoking, parties, events, or large gatherings
• Occupancy: Maximum of 8 guests is strictly enforced; exceeding this limit incurs a $200 fine per person, per night
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (violations may result in a $500 fine and eviction)
• Security: Exterior security cameras provide video and audio monitoring of the driveway and back patio
• Note: The garage is not accessible to guests, and routine exterior maintenance may occur during your stay
