Discover the perfect beach getaway at Tidal House, a cozy and recently remodeled 1960's chalet located right in the heart of Ocean Shores, Washington. This inviting retreat offers a unique blend of vintage charm and modern updates, providing a peaceful escape where you can watch deer graze in the grass right outside your window.

This chalet is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed situated in an open-concept loft on the second level. For additional guests, the first floor includes a couch suitable for one person, and a blow-up mattress can be provided upon request. The home includes 1 bathroom to serve your group.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the chalet is equipped with a full kitchen featuring a full-size range, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dinnerware, and necessary pots and pans. Please note that there is no dishwasher, and guests are asked to wash all dishes used during their stay. For a touch of ambiance, the living area includes electric candles with a remote to create a warm glow, as the fireplace is non-functional.

Located in a convenient spot, the property is just a seven-minute walk to the beach on beautiful sunny days. As this is a chalet-style duplex, the unit shares a wall with one other guest. You will enjoy a private entrance with access via a digital key code and one dedicated parking space directly next to the entrance. Additional visitor parking is available on the south side of the property near the Grey Gull.

To ensure a relaxing stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules:

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM; these times are strict to accommodate cleaning protocols.
• Pets are allowed.
• No parties are permitted, and noise should be kept to a minimum. Quiet hours begin after 10:00 PM.
• Bonfires are not allowed on the property.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors; a $250 fee applies for violations.
• Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on-site due to safety hazards.
• To keep the home clean, we suggest removing shoes at the door after beach visits.
