Welcome to Lone Mountain Resort Lodging! We hope you enjoy your stay in our cozy and comfortable vacation rentals. Here are some simple house rules to make your stay more pleasant and hassle-free:

Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Please respect these times so we can prepare the rentals for the next guests.

Smoking is prohibited in any rentals, as we want to keep them fresh and clean for everyone. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts properly in the designated bins. Thank you for being so cooperative.

Pets are welcome here but must be registered and paid for in advance. The pet fee is $25.00 per pet per night if you pay when you make the reservation or $45.00 per pet per night if you pay upon arrival. Please pick up after your pets and keep them on a leash no longer than six feet when outside. We love animals but also want to keep the resort safe and clean for everyone.

Parties or events are not allowed in the rentals, as we want to respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors and other guests. Please keep the noise level down between 10 pm and 8 am. If you have any issues with a neighbor, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will try to resolve them.

Please report any accidental breakages or damages before checking out. We understand that accidents happen, but we also need to maintain the quality and condition of our rentals. In case of any damage not covered by our insurance or exceeds the security deposit, we will have to charge the cost to repair or replace it to the guests.

Only guests listed on the pre-arrival form can stay overnight in the rentals. The maximum number of guests per rental is stated in the property description. Please be responsible about the number of guests you bring, as we want to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone.

Please park in the designated areas as stated in your check-in instructions message.

When checking out, please return all furniture to its original location, wash any dishes, glasses, and silverware you used, and place all trash in the dumpsters near the main lodge in the center of the resort.
