This unique retreat is designed for relaxation, offering a layout that accommodates up to 4 guests. The home features 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and an attached full bath. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a loft-style bedroom accessible by a steep ladder with a queen-size bed, as well as a queen-size sofa bed located in the living room. Please note that access to the full bathroom is through the master bedroom and the loft area features low ceilings.

Located in a nice quiet community, the cabin is surrounded by fields of deer and other wildlife, with cliffs overlooking a private beach. Guests can enjoy expansive views down the coast toward the Point Arena Light House. You can walk or drive down a private road to access a 7-mile-long private beach, where you can explore tide pools or spot whales and sea lions. Local horseback riding tours are also available in the area.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (non-refundable pet fee of $99); however, cats cannot be accommodated due to severe allergies.
• Laundry: Maximum of one wash load per week due to the septic system.
• EV Charging: Prohibited on-site; local stations are available in Point Arena and Elk.
• Security: Ring cameras are positioned at exits (driveway, front door, backyard) for safety; no cameras are inside the home.
• Requirements: Guests must sign a digital Window Blind Care Agreement via the guest portal prior to arrival to receive check-in instructions.
