This inviting retreat blends vintage charm with modern updates, offering a peaceful atmosphere where you can enjoy watching deer graze in the grass right outside your window.

The home features a unique chalet-style layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. The main sleeping arrangements are located on the second level, consisting of one room with a king bed and a second space with a queen bed. Please note that one of these upstairs areas is an open-concept space at the top of the stairs; while the other room has a closing door, the ceiling remains open between the two, meaning it is not soundproof. For additional guests, the first-floor couch converts into a day bed. The property includes 1 bathroom to serve the group.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the chalet is thoughtfully equipped for your stay. The kitchen includes a full-size range, microwave, full fridge/freezer, and all necessary pots, pans, and dinnerware. To maintain the home, guests are asked to hand-wash all dishes as there is no dishwasher. For a warm glow in the evening, electric candles with a remote are provided to create a nice ambiance, as the fireplace is non-functioning.

Located just a 7-minute walk from the beach on beautiful sunny days, Tidal House provides a convenient base for coastal exploration. This unit is part of a chalet-style duplex with shared walls, ensuring a quaint, community feel while providing a private entrance and full private use of the interior via a digital key code.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (Strict protocols are in place; early check-in or late check-out is not available)
• Parking: One dedicated space is provided next to the entrance, with additional visitor parking on the south side of the property
• House Rules: No parties are permitted, and quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure a peaceful getaway for all. Bonfires are not allowed on the property, and electric car charging is prohibited due to safety hazards
• Restrictions: Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden indoors; a $250 fee applies for violations. Guests are also encouraged to remove shoes at the door to keep beach sand out of the chalet.

Pets are welcome to join you at this charming seaside escape, making it an ideal spot for the whole family to unwind.
