No parties, events, or third-party bookings are allowed without prior host approval, and no overnight guests beyond the stated occupancy are permitted. Please note that outdoor cameras are in place for safety and neighborly monitoring. Upon booking, guests are required to sign a rental agreement and complete an ID verification process.
