This thoughtfully designed space features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The primary sleeping arrangement consists of a double futon (Japanese floor mattress) located in the loft, complete with two single quilts and hotel-style pillows. For groups of more than two, an additional double sofa bed is provided in the living area. Guests should note that the living room becomes a sleeping area when the extra bed is in use, and futons must be folded during the day to maximize the limited space of this standard Japanese room.

Enjoy exclusive access to private facilities, ensuring you won't need to share with others. The space is equipped with:

• House Rules: No smoking (including balconies and street), no pets, no parties, and no shoes inside. Quiet hours begin after 9:00 PM.
• Policies: Foreign guests must provide a passport copy via the online check-in form. Only toilet paper may be flushed; other items may incur a 50,000 yen repair fee. Lost keys incur a 29,000 yen replacement fee.
