The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout is designed for ease and functionality, with a living-dining room and kitchen sharing an open-plan, fully furnished space. The first bedroom is a double room featuring a double bed, air conditioning, and private access to a small rear terrace. The second bedroom is a smaller space containing two single beds and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes for your convenience. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower or bathtub, toilet, and sink.

Guests have access to a wide variety of complex features:

• Communal swimming pools (open May 1st to October 31st)
• Access to the Son Bou Beach Club pool and the pool at La Góndola

Located in the lower part of San Jaime, the property is ideally situated just a few meters from shopping areas. The surrounding area is a haven for nature lovers, featuring a nearby nature reserve and coastal trails.

Note: Some pool areas may require a minimum consumption at adjoining snack bars for sunbed or parasol rentals. During the low season (November 1st to April 30th), some restaurant and pool services are not guaranteed, and a rental car is recommended to explore the island.
