The layout is designed for maximum comfort, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The luxurious primary suite includes an ensuite bathroom and ample clothing storage. Additional bedrooms offer a mix of queen beds and bunk beds, including a dedicated kids' room and a flex room with a trundle/day bed for extra guests. Each bedroom serves as a sanctuary of comfort with stunning views.

• Pets: Not allowed
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances permitted on the property
• No parties or unauthorized guests; quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM
• Damage Protection: Guests must choose between a $2,500 refundable security deposit or a Smart Damage Waiver
• Pre-arrival requirements include a guest agreement, ID verification, and a short pre-arrival form
• Non-compliance with house rules may result in eviction and a $1,000 fine
