Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to accommodate your party: Bedroom 1 is conveniently located on the main floor with a queen bed, Bedroom 2 also features a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 offers a versatile mix with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. For additional guests, the home includes a pull-out sofa bed and three air mattresses. Please note that the upper bunk has a weight limit of 200 lb and is not intended for children under 6 years of age.

Designed for both relaxation and play, the interior boasts a cozy fireplace perfect for sharing stories and laughter over a board game bonanza. For entertainment, head to the game room to play billiards or unwind on oversized bean bags. Families with little ones will appreciate the provided pack-n-play, high chair, children's books, and baby gates for the upstairs area.

Outdoor living is a breeze with provided beach chairs, beach towels, a beach wagon, and a bucket brigade of sand toys for kids and kids at heart. After a day at the shore, you can fire up the gas BBQ to grill a feast for the whole group.
