The first bedroom is an open space located where the stairs reach the second floor rather than an enclosed room. Kitchen facilities do not include a dishwasher, so guests must hand-wash all dishes before departure.

Strict policies ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM with no flexibility due to cleaning protocols. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and bonfires are prohibited on the property. Remove shoes after beach visits to minimize sand tracking. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted due to safety concerns, with the nearest EV charging station located 3.9 miles away at Quinault Beach Resort and Casino. Indoor smoking or vaping results in a $250 fee, and guests are responsible for any property damage incurred during their stay.
