This inviting lodge is designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to ensure your group can spread out. Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite loft on the third floor with one King bed, two lower-level bedrooms each featuring a Queen bed, and two additional Queen beds located in the property addition. The bathroom layout includes an ensuite primary bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the lower level, a full bathroom with a bathtub in the addition, and a convenient half bath on the main level.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the main level, highlighted by two-story vaulted ceilings. From the windows and the deck, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of a private pond surrounded by towering Rocky Mountain peaks. A wood-burning fireplace, with wood provided, adds a cozy touch to the interior.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the 10 private acres that back up to the National Forest, providing direct access to hiking and ATV trails during the summer. Fishing is available right on the property's private pond, while winter visitors are less than five minutes from the all-natural snow of Monarch Mountain. • Restrictions: This home is for personal vacation use only; parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Smoking, use of firearms, and driving ATVs outside of the driveway are strictly forbidden.
• Safety: Due to the high elevation (over 9,000 ft), please prepare accordingly. Note that outdoor monitors are in place.
• Seasonal Alert: A Stage 2 Fire Ban is in effect for all of July; charcoal grills, campfires, and open flames are strictly prohibited.
