The living spaces are thoughtfully appointed, including a 65-inch smart TV in the living room for your favorite apps and channels, and an additional 50-inch smart TV in one of the bedrooms.

While the general amenities are focused on the unit's high-end internal features, the space is fully equipped for long-term or short-term comfort. The kitchen is a chef's delight, stocked with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, cooker, and a complete set of cooking essentials including high-quality knives, pots, pans, a pizza pan, and wine glasses. For your convenience, the unit also provides tea, coffee, salt, and pepper. Bathroom and laundry essentials are well-covered, with the inclusion of a washing machine, steamer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and a full suite of toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. One indoor parking spot is included with the unit. Guests should be aware that any missing access cards will incur a charge of 300 AED. In-stay cleaning is not included but is available upon request for 60 AED per hour per cleaner. For external laundry needs, the hosts can provide recommendations for local companies, though the unit is equipped with its own laundry supplies and a drying rack.

Please be advised that the swimming pool will be closed for annual maintenance from July 8 to 23, 2026; however, an alternative pool in a nearby building can be arranged upon request.
