It is our pleasure having you in our apartment.

Please kindly adhere to our house rules as below:
- Please note that we always aims to ensure that all appliances at all properties are in perfect working condition. At any time an item or appliances can breakdown or need replacing, we will need to be advised A.S.A.P if an item or appliances is not working as expected.
*KEYS: You are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. If keys are being misplaced or lost, you will be liable for the full cost of having the property re-keyed (AUD 450).

*VISITORS: You are most welcome to have visitors to the property. Please ensure they are aware of the house rules. No visitors are allowed to stay over.
- NOISE: No party is allowed in the apartment.
*CLEANING CHARGES & DAMAGES: Additional charges will be applied in the following circumstances: * Oven not being cleaned, * Rubbish and food left on benches, floors or unacceptable mess, * Uncleaned dishes, pans, pots, cutleries, cups, * Evidence of smoking. All properties are non-smoking.

***RUBBISH: Rubbish chute is at REFUSE door (fire safety door) on the hall way. Please do not leave the rubbish on the floor. You can get fined for leaving the rubbish on the floor (AUD 220). If the rubbish is too big, please separate it to two bags. If you're not sure what to do about that, please contact Host. Do not disposal of any hazardous REFUSE. Such as hard objects, cylinders, flammable materials, etc. Additional charges will be applied in any damages or fine.

*DAMAGE: You are responsible for damage and breakages occurring at the property during your stay and you must notify of all damages prior to departing the property. Management will recover from you repair or replacement costs up to the total cost of the item or items. Stains, such as red wine on the rugs, carpet or furniture, will incur charges associated with dry cleaning.
- Do NOT use the vacuum cleaner on wet floors or items containing liquid! Doing so will cause serious damage to the vacuum. If the vacuum is damaged due to misuse, a compensation fee of $499 will be charged.
*NO LATE CHECK OUT: Our check out time is 11am.

*REMOVED SHOES: For the hygiene purpose, please kindly remove your shoes before enter the room.

*PET ALLOWED: Please cleaning after pet potty.

*CAR PARK: Please do not park in the wrong spot. It will be tow away. The fine is $660.
