The master suite is located upstairs and features a king bed (split-head), while the second bedroom is situated on the main floor. For added versatility, the downstairs living area includes a couch that converts into a queen pull-out.

Designed with a beautiful open floor-plan, the residence provides two separate living areas—one upstairs and one downstairs—to ensure privacy for all guests. The heart of the home is a beautiful open kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with spices and oils to help you prepare amazing meals. From the west side of the house, stunning ocean views are visible from every window, including a wonderful view from the upstairs loft, which serves as the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the waves.

The property is perfectly positioned for nature lovers, located a short walk from public beach access leading to 7 miles of beautiful sandy beach. Guests can also appreciate the unique character of the yard, which features a 'ship wreck' installation. In the winter, the home provides a front-row seat to the sight of magical coastal storms.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Remote check-in via the August Home App)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-outs are subject to a $30 per hour fee)
• Pets: Allowed (Maximum of 2 dogs; one-time $100 fee per dog, taxes may apply)
• Security Deposit: $300 hold, released no later than 13 days after departure
• Cancellation Policy: 97% refund if cancelled 45+ days prior; 50% refund if cancelled 21-45 days prior; no refund within 21 days of arrival
