This inviting retreat blends vintage charm with modern updates, offering a peaceful sanctuary where you can watch deer graze in the grass right outside your window.

This chalet is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature 1 bedroom with a king bed located in an open-concept loft on the second floor. For additional guests, a queen-sized sofa bed is available on the first floor. The home includes 1 bathroom to serve your group. Please be aware that the staircase leading to the loft is very steep, and guests are required to use the handrail for safety.

As a duplex unit, the property provides a private entrance and full private use of the chalet, though it does share a neighboring wall. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, featuring a full-size range, microwave, medium-sized refrigerator and freezer, as well as necessary pots, pans, and dinnerware. Please note that there is no dishwasher, so guests are asked to wash all dishes used during their stay.

Located in a convenient area of Ocean Shores, the chalet allows you to walk to the beach on sunny days, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers and beachgoers alike.

• Parking: One dedicated space next to the entrance; additional visitor parking is available on the south side of the property
• Pets: Pets are allowed
• Noise: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; parties are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment
• Restrictions: No bonfires allowed on the property; no electric vehicle charging permitted on-site
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors; a $250 fee applies for violations
• Maintenance: Please remove shoes at the door after beach visits to keep the chalet sand-free
