Discover the wonderful serenity of The Art Studio, a bright and inviting getaway located in a quiet neighborhood in Bar Harbor, Maine. This unique retreat is designed to let you unwind in peace, offering a secluded atmosphere where you won't hear or see neighbors, all while being bathed in a ton of natural sunlight. With its open concept design, the home is a great space for everyone to spend quality time together before heading out to explore the coast.

The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include:

• Bedroom #1: A Queen bed that sleeps 2 (please note this room features a privacy curtain rather than a door).
• Bedroom #2: A cozy loft accessed by a fairly steep ladder, containing two Twin beds.
• Living Room: Two futons with thick comfortable mattresses, each sleeping 1-2 people.

While the property is a peaceful sanctuary, it remains very easy to access the best locations on the island. You are just an 8-minute drive from the Hulls Cove Entrance of Acadia National Park, 14 minutes from the heart of downtown Bar Harbor, and 17 minutes from Southwest Harbor.

Guests have full access to the entire home and backyard. The living area is equipped with a mini-split A/C unit, a large ceiling fan, and a Smart TV (no cable). The kitchen is well-stocked for your convenience with an oven, microwave, coffee maker with ground coffee, a teapot with tea bags, and essential cooking staples like olive oil, cooking spray, salt, and pepper. The full bathroom includes a shower/tub option, hair dryer, and travel-sized toiletries.

Outside, you can enjoy the fresh Maine air at the fire pit (firewood is not provided but is readily available from roadside sellers on the island). Free parking is available on-site.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are allowed (please include them on your reservation). The pet fee covers up to 2 pets; contact the host for more. Note that the yard is not fenced and cats are NOT allowed in the unit.
• Additional Options: Pack N Plays, high chairs, and strollers are available for an extra cost upon request.
