We do allow up to 2 canine pets at the Dunes House for an additional $20 per pet per night fee. These fees are not calculated by Airbnb, and will be requested after booking. Please let us know if you wish to bring one or two dogs.

We do not allow smoking indoors or within 10 feet of windows and doors. We a minimum of 2 nights, and 3 nights during summer and on holidays.

1. NO SMOKING or vaping is allowed anywhere indoors or within 10 feet of any door.

2. CHECK-IN time is after 4 p.m. and CHECK-OUT is 11 a.m. Pacific Time. a. Early Check-in or late check-out ONLY with prior approval. Ask us for permission b. Late departure fee of $50, plus $20 per hour may be charged if housekeeper has to wait for you to vacate after 11 am.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500 is required. It is a deposit only and does NOT limit your liability for extraordinary damages. It is fully refundable by AirBnB, provided the following provisions are met: a.There is no smoking in the unit b.Basic (hotel style) cleaning is included in fees charged. Additional charges will be levied if extensive cleaning is required. It helps keep costs down if you load the dishwasher and turn it on, and also start a load of towels in the laundry. If they finish washing before you leave, please start them in the drier. It is helpful if you pull the dirty sheets off the bed. Examples of what takes extra time for cleaning (and may incur extra charges) include extra dirty dishes, pots & pans, food stuck on stove or microwave, furniture moved around, items scattered or left around the house that need to be picked up, etc. Cleaning and laundry supplies and equipment are available for your convenience. c.No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. d.No linens or kitchenware are lost or damaged. e.All keys are left in the lockbox and unit is left locked. f.There are no extra fees, such as lockout or late departure fees. g.There are no costs for return of lost items h.The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement. 4.CANCELLATIONS see Airbnb policy. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance 5.RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. Your rate is guaranteed at the time of reservation and receipt of initial payment. 6.FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 8.WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. Property-specific Notes and Rules Dunes House at Bandon 1.The electric zoned heating works very effectively. 2.There is a $15 lockout fee if you are locked out and need help getting in. 3.Pets are allowed upon approval. Guests are responsible for any pets, and should keep them under control at all times. They should NEVER be left inside the house unattended. City ordinance requires pets to be on a leash when outdoors, and that pet waste is picked up properly disposed of. 4.Garbage is only picked up once a week, so please bag all garbage and place in the rolling can. Can MUST be rolled to the street edge on Monday night. Extra bags are allowed. 5.We don't have curbside recycling, but beverage cans and bottles can be returned to the grocery for the 10 cent each deposit. 6.We try to keep propane in the BBQ in the garage, but if it does run out, just send us the receipt and we will reimburse you. It can be filled at the Shell station next to Old Town on Highway 101.
