The home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and group harmony, featuring 3 bedrooms each equipped with a queen bed and 2 bathrooms. The layout provides a smart balance of shared and private spaces; one queen bedroom is conveniently located near the kitchen with a bathroom and separate shower just across the hallway, while the other two queen bedrooms are situated at the back of the house, accompanied by another small full bathroom.

Designed for seamless living, the property boasts a great indoor-outdoor flow. You can open the front doors to merge the interior with the outside, leading into a big kitchen and lounge area. For families, the second lounge at the rear of the house serves as an ideal hangout area for children, fully stocked with a variety of board games including Cranium, Scrabble, Bananagrams, and Cards Against Humanity to keep everyone entertained.

Outside, the property truly shines with a covered outdoor area featuring a big dining table and an outdoor lounge, all overlooking a huge lawn perfect for playing and relaxing.

Located centrally on Hahei Beach Road, you are just a short stroll from the beach and local shops. For nature lovers, the track to Cathedral Cove—one of the most beautiful beaches in New Zealand—reopened in December 2024 and is an absolute must-do during your stay.
