You're just one block from Highway 101, placing restaurants, local shops, and a grocery store within easy walking distance.

Reach the beach via 50 gentle stairs with handrails or drive down the paved ramp that leads directly onto the sand. From April through September, you might see cars parked along the beach during low tide, though twice daily the waves roll in and clear the way. Bring your own BBQ for beachside cookouts or light a campfire in the sand as the sun dips below the horizon — driftwood burns beautifully once lit.

Important notes: The spiral staircase is narrow (20 inches wide with 9-inch-high steps) and the bathroom door is 24 inches wide, which may be challenging for some guests. One parking permit is provided at check-in; additional vehicles can park on 14th or 15th Streets. No smoking inside the condo, on balconies, or under covered walkways — a designated smoking area is available near beach access.
