Designed to capture the beauty of the west-facing horizon, the home offers amazing sunsets and lake views from nearly every window.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility and comfort, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 beds to accommodate up to 8 guests. The private upstairs guest bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a crib. Downstairs, the master bedroom provides a queen-sized bed and lake views, while the 'camp' bedroom features a queen bed, twin bunk beds, and a full futon. For additional guests, a twin sleeper and full-sized futon are available in the great room, along with a twin bed located at the lakefront for guests with mobility issues.

The heart of the home is a massive 1,000-square-foot great room centered around a modern rock gas fireplace, featuring a 75-inch flat screen TV. The double galley kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with everything from an espresso machine to a bread machine. For relaxation, guests can enjoy the sunroom, dry bar, or the lakefront patio. Outside, the property boasts an upper lot perfect for volleyball or croquet, and secure storage for bikes and gear.

Located on the peaceful east side of Devils Lake, Brannholm provides a warmer swimming alternative to the Pacific. The property is adjacent to the Siuslaw National Forest, offering endless exploration via hiking and mountain biking trails. Whether you are birdwatching for ospreys and eagles or visiting the nearby beaches of Lincoln City, the location is an ideal base for coastal adventures.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome. Please note that a 3-day minimum stay is required during the summer, with longer minimum stays for Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the Fourth of July. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund; no refunds are issued for cancellations within 60 days.
