The property is designed for groups and families, featuring a main villa and a separate standalone casita. The layout comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. In the main villa, the bedrooms are located on the second floor and are accessible from the outside to ensure enhanced privacy. The Master Suite is a luxurious king-size sanctuary with breathtaking vistas and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a space and a bathroom, with Bedroom 3 situated inside Bedroom 2. For additional privacy, the standalone casita serves as a private retreat featuring a queen-size bed and newly installed air conditioning.

The heart of the villa is the first floor, which boasts an open floor plan and an inviting living area. A well-equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, while large sliding doors open to a covered patio that stretches the length of the house, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Outdoor living is central to the experience here. Guests can enjoy a private 8x4 meter (25ft x 13ft) infinity pool, a dedicated BBQ area, and a beautiful garden. The property also features two large outdoor decks with lounge areas and a dining table, perfect for capturing amazing sunset views. A river flows at the bottom of the property, adding to the serene atmosphere where incredible wildlife—including tropical birds and monkeys—is frequently seen and heard.

Located in Puntarenas Province, this retreat is just 600 meters from Playa Hermosa and 5km north of Uvita. It is a short drive to the famous Marino Ballena National Park, stunning waterfalls, and vibrant local dining. The home is easily accessible by most 2-wheel drive vehicles, SUVs, and 4x4s.
