Experience the magic of the Pacific Northwest at the Sculpin Studio, an amazing ocean-view getaway located as close to the beach as you can get in Moclips, Washington. This newly renovated studio is fully loaded and perfectly positioned for those looking to spend a weekend razor clam digging, strolling along the sandy shores, or discovering the rugged beauty of the coast.
Designed as the perfect space for a couple or a small family with children, this beautifully updated studio offers approximately 400 square feet of inviting living space. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom configuration featuring a comfortable Queen bed and a full-size pull-out sofa bed, providing enough space for up to 4 guests across 2 beds. The layout is completed by one bathroom and a convenient eat-in kitchen.
While this unit provides a private sanctuary, it is part of a triplex. The Sculpin Studio is a lower unit with a mirrored unit next door and a larger 3-bedroom suite located upstairs. All three units are completely separated with their own private entrances. Guests can enjoy the backyard and the outdoor fire pit, which serve as the only shared spaces on the property. Please be aware that although sound barriers have been installed, you may occasionally hear footsteps from the guests in the upper unit.
