This 656-square-foot chalet is thoughtfully designed for a classic cabin-style experience. The main level features a living room with a vaulted ceiling that opens to the loft, a functional kitchen, and a bedroom with a comfy Simmons Beautyrest queen mattress. The ensuite bathroom, featuring a unique seashell toilet seat, is shared and accessed through the main downstairs bedroom. The upper-level loft provides additional sleeping space with two twin beds and a built-in desk, offering a peek of the ocean framed by shore pines through the upper window. Please note that loft access is via a ladder with rails, making it unsuitable for toddlers or children who are not yet confident stair-climbers.

Set on seven forested, high-bank acres shared by only 11 chalets, the property offers a serene and secluded escape. Guests have access to community grounds featuring two firepits, barbecue areas, park benches, a swing-set, and lush grassy areas. While much of the coast requires steep climbs, you can enjoy a meandering path with only a few stairs at beach level, leading to some of the best surfing in the area. This private access makes the beach feel deserted and quiet, providing stunning long views from the Devils Punchbowl to the North and Yaquina Head lighthouse to the South.

Located along the scenic Otter Crest Loop on historic Highway 101, you are perfectly positioned for exploration. A one-mile trip North leads to the Otter Rock Marine Preserve tidepools and Devils Punchbowl State Park, while a 10-minute drive South takes you to the shopping and aquarium in Newport. Depoe Bay is also just a 10-minute drive North.
