Attached is a full ensuite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a jetted tub for ultimate relaxation. For additional guests, a blow-up mattress is available in both the bedroom and the living area.

Designed for comfort, the interior boasts a spacious living room filled with natural lighting, a warm fireplace, a Smart TV, and board games for cozy evenings. The chef's kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric range, filtered coffee maker, kettle, and plenty of cooking space, all centered around a large island with stool seating and a separate dining table.

• Primary Guest: Must be at least 21 years of age
• Parking: Limited to two spaces per unit; parking on grassy areas is prohibited
• Pets: Not permitted (Service animals must be leashed and cleaned up after)
• Restrictions: No trailers, buses, campers, boats, roller blades, scooters, or skateboards on property. Fireworks, turkey fryers, and open fires are strictly prohibited. Due to bear activity, no trash may be left outside. Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
• Verification: Primary guests must complete a verification process within 48 hours of booking and sign a Rental Agreement with a valid government ID and matching credit card. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is included to protect against accidental, self-reported damage.
