Parking: There is a parking pass on the kitchen counter that you will need to put in your dash. Motorcycles are allowed but count as parking spaces. 1 max! There is no assigned parking, however our guests must park in the public lot next door to the resort. Please see photos in the listing or contact our office for assistance if you are unsure where to park! Any additional parking spots needed guests will need to use the QR code at the lot and pay to park as we only provide one free parking spot!
Guests will have access to the large pool on the grounds! The pool is open daily 9 am to 10 pm from April 1st through September 30th and 9 am to 9 pm from October 1st through March 31st! We have 1 FOB which will be found on the kitchen counter! The FOB opens the N gate which closes around 4:00pm and the pool gate which is closed around the clock. Guests must leave the FOB in the room upon check-out! If the FOB is missing it will result in a $50 fee!!Guests will be allotted 1 parking pass! This parking pass must be put on the dash of your car at all times! Guests will not be allowed anymore than 1 parking spot any other parking is the responsibility of the guest to find off site parking for! Guests Must leave the parking pass in the unit upon check-out missing parking pass will result in a $25 fee!!!!!

Elevator Use & Safety: Their are elevators at this resort for guests use but guests must follow the rules when using them. Failure to follow the below rules can result in fines!
Emergency Buttons: Only press in a real emergency. Items like beach chairs and luggage can accidentally trigger 911 calls — please load carefully.
Don’t Hold Doors Open: This causes shutdowns. Wait until your group is ready before calling the elevator.
Kids & Buttons: Please supervise children near elevators.

Because this is a short term vacation rental, per SC law, hosts are not required to accept any service animals, EXCEPT for ADA service dogs. The complex that our listing is located in follows a strict rule that only ADA service dogs are allowed. Please do your own due diligence about what an ADA service dog is. If you have any other service animal, they will not be permitted on the premises. No refunds will be given due to this.
Guests agree to the following upon booking:
*Guests must immediately notify management of any damages upon arrival.
*We have a strict 11 am check out time. This is to ensure that guests like yourselves can arrive to a clean room on time.
*Our cancellation policy can be read in Airbnb before booking. We will abide by this.
*Altering a reservation must be approved by management and is subject to fees.
*Guests must NOT sublease the unit.
*All house parties are prohibited.
*No pets are permitted. Only ADA service dogs
*All guests must abide to the rules and regulations of the complex where our unit is located.
*Amenities that are listed MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival. Balconies, pools, hot tubs, restaurants, arcade rooms and other advertised amenities could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year. We do not give any refunds or rebates due to this. Guests are required to do their own due diligence to see if amenities are available.
*Construction may take place at our location or at a nearby location. This could cause noise, loss of amenities or obstruction of view. We do our best to notify guests when we are aware of something in the area going on. However, it is still the guest`s responsibility to do their own due diligence to see if any construction is going. There will be no refunds due to this.
*All items in the unit are privately owned. This includes all bedding, towels and linens. Please leave all of these at your departure. Any missing items will be charged to the guest.
*The cleaning fee included in your total covers the cost of a basic cleaning for the whole unit, laundering of the linens, and a "starter pack" of toiletries. Guests are still expected to pick up after themselves. Please dispose of all items (food, trash, personal items etc). Wash all dishes that were used.
*This unit is non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in charges.
*All of our rules are to protect the property and to ensure that the incoming guest is able to check in on time with no issues.
Pest Control Notice-
To ensure a pest-free environment, routine pest control treatments are scheduled for all properties. Access must be provided on the treatment date.
Treatments are safe for all guests and pets.
Please note access to the unit is required; failure to do so may incur additional fees.

Late Checkout charges.
$25 for the first hour.
$50 for every additional hour not out of the room up until check in time at 4pm
If a guest is still in the unit after check in time. We will charge the guest for an additional night on top of the other late checkout fees.
If we have to cancel a upcoming guest due to a guest still occupying the unit after checkout. The guest will also be responsible for the lost revenue on the incoming guest.
Parking: We cannot personally guarantee the allowance of motorcycles or trailer on site. We cannot provide additional parking passes for these if they are lost.
Breaking House Rules - We will charge an additional $500
Wifi - The Wifi is operated by the resort not by Coastline Beach Rentals. While we do offer login information, we do not control its reliability, speed, or availability. We do not offer discounts or make rate adjustments for any amenity that may not be available during the stay.
RESORT MANAGEMENT Coastline Beach Rentals and its homeowners cannot guarantee that all facilities and/or amenities will be available for the use of our renters. From time to time, resort managers, builders, developers, and the HOA board will change the rules and regulations of which amenities our guests have access to, all of which are out of our control. We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or offer rebates due to these matters.
Our office hours are from 8 am to 10pm, seven days a week. We are available after hours for emergencies (In-House Guests Only) by calling our office and pressing 5. Out of respect for our staff, any guests that calls the emergency line and do not have true emergencies, will be charged a minimum $50 fee. Please use your best judgement when calling the emergency line. True emergencies include, but are not limited to, issues with entry or door locks, flooding, fire, power, etc.

Holiday Towers Rules & Regulations
1. The minimum age for rentals/lease is 25; no one under 25 is permitted to occupy units without and adult present. This means friends, family, renters or anyone else.
2. Any illegal substance on property is cause for immediate removal and/or prosecution.
3. Pulling fire alarms is a felony. Anyone caught tampering with the fire alarm pull stations or the elevator emergency telephones will be prosecuted. Please use stairs in case of a fire. Elevators will shut down and you may get trapped inside.
4. Please do not throw trash in the parking lot or on the grounds. All trash from units is to be bagged. Household trash only can be placed in chutes. PLEASE DO NOT KEEP LARGE AMOUNTS OF TRASH IN UNITS AS THIS CAUSES BUGS.
5. Smoking is prohibited in the elevators.
6. Alcohol is only permitted within your condo.
7. No loitering on catwalks or courtyard.
8. No yelling from balconies or catwalks. Anyone caught spitting or throwing anything from the balconies or catwalks will be immediately evicted. Please have courtesy and respect for other guests/homeowners. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 8:00pm.
9. Any home improvement projects (contractors or homeowners) which would be disturbing to neighbors (i.e. hammering, tile work, installation of cabinets, etc.) work must cease at 8:00pm and not begin before 9:00am.
10. The use of laser pointer guns is strictly prohibited on the property. Anyone using these guns will be asked to leave.
11. Do not hang anything from balconies, this includes towels and clothing. Please do not leave anything outside of your unit in catwalk area, (this includes doormats and shopping carts). Shopping carts and luggage racks are for use by owners and guests. Please be sure to return them to their proper place on the first floor. In case of a fire, this could be an obstacle.
12. High suds detergents cannot be used in the washing machines. PLEASE DO NOT USE TIDE. Use dishwasher detergent in the dishwashers only.
13. If you have your air conditioning on, please keep doors and windows closed, as this puts a strain on the air handlers.
14. Please keep your condo keys with you at all times. If you are locked out of your unit, you will have to contact a locksmith. NO EXCEPTIONS.
15. No pets are allowed on the property or in the condos. If found in violation first offense $50. Fine 2nd offense $100. Fine will double for each day violation has not been corrected.
16. If you have an issue with your unit, please contact the owner or property management company which you rented from.
17. The use of the grills or open-flame cooking in the condo/balcony is strictly prohibited by order of the Myrtle Beach Fire Department.
18. Only 1 vehicle per unit inside the fenced area of the property. All vehicles must possess a parking pass. A $100 fine will be assessed if someone is found duplicating parking passes. Motorcycles are to be parked in designated areas only. NO EXCEPTIONS! Trailers, boats, campers, buses or excessive large vehicles are prohibited on property. Bicycles are to be kept in designated bike area only.
19. Anyone caught playing or tampering with elevators will be asked to leave without refund. Do no hold elevators. Someone else may need them.
20. Pool and spa are open from 9:00am to 10pm April 1st through September 30th, and 9:00am – 9:00pm October 1st through March 31st. An adult MUST accompany all children. Please remember there is NO lifeguard on duty. Flotation devices (other than child vests or swimmies), glass, crayons, chalk, skates, skateboards, bikes, beach chairs, carts, umbrellas or any other items that cause damage to pool or spa are restricted. Please see Pool Rules posted in Pool area for further restrictions. Anyone found in pool area under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from area immediately along with a $500 fine and FOB suspension.
21. Gatherings of six (6) or more shall be considered a private party. With the upcoming season upon us, at times the pool/picnic area can become congested with additional guests. In order for all homeowners to enjoy the pool facilities, when having a group of six (6) or more, a request in writing must be completed and turned into the office. The request must include the date, time, and number of guests so that we may avoid any conflicts or overcrowding. Grills will be closed the day after the Annual Homeowners Meeting and will not re-open until on or about April 1st.
22. ABSOLUTELY NO THONGS. Swimsuits only, not cutoffs or diapers.
23. Anyone in violation of these rules will receive a fine and possible removal from the property.
24. Please remember that if you have your sliding glass door open, and you open a catwalk door, the catwalk door may slam shut locking you out of the unit, and you may have to contact a locksmith.
25. Rental Golf Carts are strictly prohibited on Holiday Towers property. Only Homeowner owned Golf carts are permitted.
26. Anyone found tampering, or blocking any of the security gates open with any object, (7th Avenue gate, North and South Breezeway) and not using their FOB will be fined for each incident. Once South gate 7th Avenue is closed, anyone found opening gate will be fined. Fine schedule is as follows:
a. 1st offense $50
b. 2nd offense $100 fine
c. 3rd offense and each subsequent thereafter fines will double $200
