Designed to accommodate large groups and multiple families, the home features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests across 10 plush memory foam beds. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated to suit all ages, including two bedrooms with king beds, two with queen beds, and two imaginative kids' rooms. One is a Disney-themed sanctuary with a bunk bed and pull-out trundle, while the other is a custom Harry Potter bunk room featuring four beds and a built-in slide.
This professionally managed property is an attraction of its own. For entertainment, the home boasts an in-house game room with a pool table and foosball, as well as an air-conditioned arcade room with a game console and air hockey. Practical Information: Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a secure gated community; all drivers must be on the guest list prior to arrival and provide ID at the guard shack. A maximum of 6 vehicles are permitted per reservation.
House Rules: Pets are welcome (up to 2) for a fee of $45-$50 per pet, per night. Pets must be leashed and never left unattended unless crated. Quiet hours are observed from sundown to sunup. Eating and drinking are permitted only in designated dining areas. Note that a $15 per day fee applies for Electric Vehicle charging.

Primary booking guest will be required to sign our rental agreement, provide proof of identification by providing a photograph of their identification and a selfie.
A list of all guests entering the community must be provide at least 48 hours prior to check in. Each adult will need to provide their ID at the security gate to enter.
Maximum of 6 vehicles allowed into the community per property reservation.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all time at the home, around the home, at the clubhouses and anywhere in the community.
Quiet time is sun down until sun up. Please be courteous with noise levels at all times, as this is a family oriented community. Security does patrol the community and may ask you to lower noise levels. Repeat violations will result in eviction without compensation.
If this property allows dogs, and additional fee is required for each dog, per night, with the exception of certified service animals. (Emotional support animals are not considered support animals by the State of Florida). Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Never leave a pet unsupervised in the house. Damage caused by pets will be billed to the booking guest. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms, and please only eat in the designated surfaces (Dining room table, counter, outside furniture, etc.)
A $15 per day, per electric vehicle fee will apply for Electric Vehicle charging. This fee will be charged for each day of the stay, not just on days the vehicle is charged.
