The sleeping arrangements include a Master bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe, and desk, two bedrooms with double beds, a dedicated Bunk Room with single size bunk beds for children, and a versatile fifth bedroom featuring a double sofa bed. This final room can also serve as an additional TV room and is accessed via Bedroom 3, though it conveniently offers a private staircase leading directly to the kitchen. The home is served by 2 bathrooms, including an en-suite shower room in the Master and a family bathroom on the landing stocked with plush towels and luxury toiletries from Scottish Fine Soaps.

On the ground floor, guests can enjoy two cosy living spaces, both featuring log burning fires. The relaxed Snug is equipped with a piano, comfortable seating, and a collection of games and books for children. The main living room provides a luxurious space to unwind on comfortable sofas with a smart TV featuring Netflix. At the heart of the home is a stunning modern kitchen with amazing sliding glass doors that open to views of the sunny garden and the Stonehaven War Memorial. This space is fully equipped with an electric double oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a Quooker hot water tap.

Outside, the property boasts a sunny private garden with outdoor seating and a newly installed hot tub. Guests will also find plenty of on-street parking on a quiet road.

Aberdeen city centre is easily reachable via a short drive or a 20-minute train journey.

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join you on your stay.
