Escape to a secluded hideaway in Smith River, California, where you can overlook the Pacific Ocean from the comfort of your newly renovated cabin or while relaxing on the balcony. Whether you are here to witness pounding waves and winter storms or to enjoy beachcombing and gorgeous sunsets, this retreat offers a wonderfully furnished space to unwind.

This cozy home is designed for comfort and utility. The sleeping arrangements feature a downstairs master bedroom with one Queen bed and an upstairs loft equipped with two Full beds. Please be aware that the loft is a non-standing space, measuring approximately 4 feet from floor to ceiling, and is primarily intended for sleeping. The layout is completed by one bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests.

While the cabin is designed for relaxation, please note that it is not oceanfront and views are limited. To enhance your stay, the property includes:

• Private Jacuzzi and 4-person hot tub on the deck (note: hot tub light is non-operational)
• Smart TV with Spectrum Streaming TV Channels
• Flat-screen televisions in the living room and bedroom
• Wi-Fi throughout the property
• Basic kitchenware, including cookware, dining ware, and cooking spices
• Fridge and freezer
• Provided linens and towels

Located within a very short walk to a private beach, this cabin is managed by the White Rock Resort staff. Guests can enjoy the peace of a remote setting, though this means the cabins use smaller 20-gallon water tanks; we ask that you use hot water sparingly. Additionally, please note that the cabin features heating but no A/C, and Wi-Fi may be affected by inclement weather. Deck lighting is kept minimal to preserve the natural atmosphere.

• Strict non-smoking policy
• Pet Friendly: Up to 2 pets allowed (max 50 lbs each) with a $75 one-time fee. Pets must not be left alone and are strictly prohibited from the upstairs loft. Failure to disclose pets results in a $150 fine. Please use the large grass area in front of the main building for pet walking and dispose of waste in provided bins.
