Situated on the second floor, accessible by one flight of stairs, the villa is designed for relaxation and convenience. The layout features two well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is anchored by a King bed, while the second bedroom is thoughtfully configured to maximize space with two Queen beds and two single trundle beds, making it ideal for groups or families.

Guests will enjoy a variety of high-quality features designed to make their stay seamless. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen complete with a coffee maker, coffee, cream, and sugar, as well as a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. For entertainment and connectivity, the villa provides a TV with HBO and free high-speed WiFi (400 Mbps). Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential toiletries. While the home provides high-quality towels and sheets, please remember to bring your own pool and beach towels.

Beyond the villa, guests have free access to several wonderful community amenities located about one mile away, including the St James Pool, the Beach Pool, and the Mega Fitness Gym. Please note that the Embassy Suite's pool and Splash Park are not included as they do not sell pool passes.
