Designed to accommodate groups, this two-story residence features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized: the first bedroom provides two single beds and one foldable bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with four single beds. Please note that there is a low beam in the upper bedroom, so guests are advised to mind their heads while moving through the space.

Inside, you will find a cozy and spacious living room perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. For those who love to cook, the home includes a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring you have everything needed for a home-cooked meal. Outside, guests can enjoy access to a large, communal garden spanning approximately 400 square meters, providing a wonderful green escape.

Perfectly positioned for convenience, the apartment is just a 7-minute trip to Tilburg Centrum and 10 minutes from the University. Local shops and supermarkets are located nearby, and the train station is an easy 8-minute bike ride away. For those arriving by car, free street parking is available just a 2-minute walk from the front door.

To ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival, detailed check-in guidance will be provided once the house policy and arrival form are completed. Please be aware of the following house guidelines: check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are strictly prohibited, and our security team conducts regular checks to maintain safety. For the security of all guests, cameras are installed in exterior and common areas only, with no cameras inside the unit. Please note that some noise from nearby construction may be audible. Additionally, tourist tax is charged separately and must be paid before check-in. For longer stays, a mandatory weekly cleaning may be scheduled, and we kindly request that all communication be conducted in English.
