Bring your family, friends, and furry family members for a fun relaxing getaway at the beach at the Sea Mist. Located in Pacific Beach, Washington, this welcoming retreat offers a partial view of the ocean and a spacious atmosphere perfect for unwinding.
This two-story home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The upper level is designed for gathering, featuring vaulted ceilings and an open living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a half bathroom. The primary bedroom is also located on the upper level, featuring a king bed, a full bathroom, and a Smart TV. The lower level provides additional privacy with two bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and a Smart TV (one bedroom also includes a desk), as well as a full bathroom and a utility room with a washer and dryer. To accommodate larger groups, two twin-size folding beds with a 250lb capacity are available on the lower level.

Our home is dog friendly. We allow up to two dogs for a $40 fee per dog/per stay. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your pet(s).
We kindly ask that you follow some rules if you bring your pet(s) to our home:
• Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the beds.
**Evidence of pets breaking this rule, may result in an additional cleaning charge.• Please cover the couches with the provided furniture covers if your pet(s) prefer to hang out on the couch with their humans.
• The dog(s) can never be left unattended inside or outside the property.
• Please leash your pets in public areas.
• Management reserves the right to remove the dog(s) from the premises, if the dog(s) are not disclosed on the reservation or are creating a nuisance.
• The dog(s) owners are financially responsible for any property damage or injuries caused to others.
• Guests are responsible for picking up their dog(s) waste and discarding them appropriately in the outside garbage bin. We will provide waste bags for convenience of cleaning after your pet.
• Vaccination records should be readily available upon request.
Please use only designated dog towels in the laundry room bottom cupboard for your dog(s).
Early Check-In You may inquire availability, however, due to Covid-19 cleaning protocols, often times we cannot accommodate early check-in.
Late Check-Out You may inquire availability, however, we may have new guests arriving the same day you are checking-out and cannot accommodate the request.
Upon availability and approval of late check-out by 1pm. Fees & taxes apply
- Before checkout
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Remove any food/drink items from the refrigerator & freezer.
- If you used any outdoor cooking equipment, please clean/return to their original storage area.
- Log off any streaming applications on the Smart TVs.
- Please place all used furniture covers and pet bed(s) in laundry room.
- If you brought a pet, please check the yard for pet waste and dispose
