• Hot Tub Policy: Hot tub instructions and posted rules must be followed. If the tub needs to be drained and refilled due to non-compliance with these rules, a $100 fee will be charged
• Rental Agreement: This property is managed by Redwood Travels, and a separate Rental Agreement must be signed at the time of booking.
