Stay Rules/Policies

1. Check-In and Check-Out Hours ✔️ Check-In: From 4:00 PM. Early income can be requested based on availability. ✔️ Check-Out: Until 11:00 AM. Late checkouts should be coordinated in advance and may result in an additional fee. ✔️ Check-In Automatic: If applicable, detailed instructions will be sent. Identity ✔️ Verification: All guests must be able to provide a government-issued ID before check-in.

2. No Smoking Regulations 🚭 All of our properties are 100% smoke-free. Smoking inside the property will result in a fine of $250 USD for cleaning and odor removal. 🚭 If marijuana use or a strong smell is detected, the fine will be automatically applied and the booking may be cancelled without refund. 🚭 On properties with outdoor spaces, smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

3. Conduct and Noise Quiet 🔇 hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 🚫 No large parties or gatherings are allowed without prior authorization. ⚠️ If the quiet hours are violated, a penalty of $300 USD will be applied and the eviction may be proceeded without refund.

4. Deposits and Responsibilities 💳 A refundable deposit may be required at check in. 🛠️ Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest. Missing or damaged 🔍 items will be invoiced and discounted from the deposit or collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center.

5. Fines and Penalties ю Unauthorized late check out fine + $25 USD per hour after check-out. 🔑 Loss of keys or access devices: $40 USD per replacement.

6. Internet and Technology Free 📶 Wi-Fi is available. Misuse for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. 📺 Any damage to electronic equipment will be charged to the guest.

7. Cleaning 🧹 The property is cleaned before and after the stay. Additional cleaning 🧼 services can be requested with extra cost and based on availability. Guests are 🔄 expected to keep the property in proper condition.

8. Cancellations and Refunds 📌 No refunds are made by No Show or breach of rules.

9. Disclaimer ⚠️ Nok is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the stay. ⚠️ Guests assume the risk of injury or loss related to the use of the property.

10. Visitas Regulations 👥 For stays under 30 days: All visitors must be registered at least 24 hours in advance through the booking chat. Immediate authorizations are not allowed. 🏡 For stays of 30 days or more: Visits are allowed until 10pm. If they wish to enter after this time, the ID must be sent at least 24 hours in advance. ю Visiting hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After this time, a per night/per person charge will be applied.

11. Prohibited Activities ❌ No drug use or prostitution-related activities permitted. ⚠️ In case of non-compliance, the reservation will be cancelled without refund, the police will be notified, and a penalty of between $200 and $500 will be applied, depending on the severity of the violation.

⚠️ Compliance and Termination Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

8. Cancellations and Refunds 📌 No refunds will be issued for No Shows or violations of house rules.
