The cabin lacks a dishwasher and washer/dryer, so guests must hand-wash dishes before checkout. Parking is limited to one standard-sized vehicle only - no trailers, campers, or oversized vehicles permitted. A $250 refundable security deposit and signed rental agreement are required.
