The second floor hosts Bedroom 3 with a king bed (ensuite), Bedroom 4 with a queen bed, and Bedrooms 5 and 6, both featuring two full-size beds. Bedroom 6 also includes a unique ensuite lounge and media space.

Step outside to an expansive private backyard meticulously designed for relaxation and entertainment. This outdoor oasis includes a private pool with a built-in spa, a private putting green, and a grill station. Guests can enjoy a covered outdoor dining area with built-in bar seating and the convenience of an outdoor shower. Please note that the pool is unheated until October 1, 2026, and will not be heated if the outdoor temperature is below 50-60 degrees F until that date.
