The top floor welcomes you with an airy, open-concept great room bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for gathering. This level also features a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats eight, where large windows offer beautiful ocean views while you prepare meals.

The mid-level provides cozy sleeping arrangements, including two king bedrooms with direct deck access and TVs, one bedroom with two twin beds and a TV, and one bedroom featuring a pyramid bunk with a trundle. Two full bathrooms and a dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer serve this level.

Outside, the property becomes a true oasis. The backyard features a gated saltwater pool surrounded by ample sun loungers and a poolside bar.
