The home is designed for comfort, accommodating up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a beautiful, large space overlooking the front of the home, featuring a comfortable King Bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a custom shower and brand new vanity. On the second level, the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a fun kids single bed in the loft, while the third bedroom provides two single beds perfect for children. The second-floor bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and a large vanity, ensuring ample space for all guests.

Outdoor living is the heartbeat of Timber Lodge, featuring three expansive decks with breathtaking water views. The upper deck is ideal for outdoor cooking with two bar dining sets, a BBQ, and a Green Egg smoker. The middle deck provides a cozy conversation set with a fire table and a screened-in dining area. On the lower deck, you can unwind in one of four hammocks or gather around the bonfire pit to watch the sunset. For water enthusiasts, the property boasts a large dock and various water toys.

Inside, the home is equipped for group gatherings with a fully stocked kitchen, two living spaces with smart TVs, and a great room featuring a 60" HDTV and a wood fireplace. Guests can rejuvenate in the 6-seater indoor sauna or enjoy a variety of board games and puzzles.

Located on Catchacoma Lake, the property is a prime spot for fishing and lake activities. The surrounding area offers extensive private trails for hikers, ATVers, and snowmobilers, as well as nearby biking trails.

• Policies: Pet-friendly (additional pets require pre-approval). A pre-arrival form and independent verification are required after booking.
• Fees & Requirements: Guests must choose between a refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver ($84). Garbage must be taken to the dump using the provided pass, or a $25 per bag removal fee applies via the cleaner.
• Note: As the lodge is located in the woods, exterior pest treatment is used. Power outages can occur in cottage country; firewood is provided for the fireplace during such events.
