This 40m² residence is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 5 guests. The layout includes 1 bedroom featuring a 160x200 bed, 1 bathroom, and a versatile living-dining area. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living space is equipped with a sofa bed for two people and a sofa chair for one person. The interior impresses with an industrial aesthetic, characterized by high ceilings and highly polished wooden floorboards that add to the property's individual character.

Guest access includes a luxury kitchen and bathroom fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is comprehensive, featuring a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, and kettle. The bathroom is outfitted with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, while the living area offers a flat-screen TV and a dining table capable of seating five.

To ensure the comfort of all residents, guests are asked to observe the following house rules: Please be mindful of noise levels when entering and leaving. Staying in the courtyard or directly in front of the apartment door is prohibited, especially at night. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 22:00 to 06:00. All apartments are equipped with decibel monitoring; repeated disturbances will result in a security service notification with a cost of 350€. The host reserves the right to authorize a credit card deposit at check-in.
