Welcome to your home base in the Smoky Mountains! Discover this comfortable, family-friendly condo in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, designed for relaxing between your mountain adventures. Located on the third floor, this inviting retreat puts you within easy reach of the region's most iconic landscapes and attractions.

The home is configured to sleep up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and a cozy loft, supported by 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and a smart TV, while the loft provides an additional queen bed and a smart TV for laid-back movie nights. The second full guest bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a single vanity.

Inside, the main living area centers around a seasonal wood-burning fireplace, available from October through March, which is perfect for cozy evenings (please note that firewood is not provided). For those needing to stay connected, the space includes a laptop-friendly workspace and Wi-Fi, though mountain reliability may vary. Outside, guests can enjoy a BBQ grill for casual cookouts.

Resort-style perks enhance the experience, including a seasonal outdoor heated pool available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, a communal playground, and on-site laundry. Please be aware that the pool house, including the indoor pool and both spas, is closed from August 3rd to August 15th per the HOA.

Located in the heart of the action, you are just a 5-minute drive from Ober Mountain for skiing and seasonal activities, the picnic spots and creek at Mynatt Park, and the scenic trailheads of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You are also close to the dining, shops, and attractions of downtown Gatlinburg.
