This second-floor unit is thoughtfully arranged for comfort and functionality. The home features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, providing a welcoming space for up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in one cozy bedroom and two twin beds in the second. For additional guests, the open living room includes a sofa bed that sleeps two people. Inside, you will find solid oak floors, soothing in-floor heating, a large kitchen, and a dedicated dining area, all maintaining a clean and classic style.

Situated in a quiet downtown neighborhood, the bungalow puts you close to the best of Sitka while maintaining a peaceful retreat. Guests have a spacious first-floor entry for access to the home. Please note that the first-floor woodshop is not accessible to guests; however, the owners may occasionally perform custom cabinet work there between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. A contact number is provided should this be disruptive to your stay.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Noise Policy: Please keep noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM, to respect the neighbors.
• Party Policy: Loud parties are strictly prohibited.
• Cancellation: A 50% refund is available for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival; no refunds are issued within 14 days of the reservation date.
