Perfectly positioned on top of a hill about 20 feet above the water, this retreat offers a breathtaking vantage point for your seaside escape.

This one-level home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The layout includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, featuring a queen size bed in the first bedroom and a bunk bed in the second. For additional sleeping capacity, the living room area is equipped with a sofa bed.

Designed for modern comfort and style, the interior boasts a brand new kitchen and bathrooms, along with striking vaulted ceilings that open up the space. To ensure your stay is perfectly temperate, AC mini splits are installed in every room. The heart of the home is one large living space that provides STUNNING views of the Salt Pond and Ram Island, creating a serene backdrop for your vacation.

Beyond the home, guests can enjoy free limited dock access at the nearby cottage, Double Camp, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats are delivered to your doorstep in a large linen bag. Each item is individually packaged in plastic for your reassurance, and guests are responsible for making the beds as part of this specialized hygiene process. For your initial convenience, starter supplies are provided, including one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap. Guests are kindly asked to bring any additional supplies needed for their stay.
