This cozy treehouse features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. The layout includes a loft bedroom featuring a queen sized bed with amazing views. In the living area, there is a small futon approximately 60 inches long, which is best suited for a child. The interior is designed for efficiency and comfort across approximately 300 sq ft, featuring a counter with stools perfect for eating or working and a smart tv for entertainment.

While the treehouse itself does not have running water, it is equipped with a kitchenette for your convenience. The kitchen area includes an apartment sized fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a hot plate, a hot water kettle, and a Keurig coffee maker. For basic needs, a water jug for drinking and washing is provided, along with a dry flush canister toilet inside the unit.

Guests have access to a detached luxury bathhouse, reachable via a custom built boardwalk. This facility provides luxurious showers, flushing toilets, and washers and dryers. The surrounding patio area is a hub for relaxation, featuring hot tubs, a barrel sauna, outdoor grills, and a fire pit. Additionally, guests of the grouse and puffin treehouses can enjoy a shared deck in the trees equipped with an outdoor couch.

Located centrally in Fairbanks, Alaska, this micro-resort offers a unique blend of rustic charm and luxury. Please be aware that the treehouses are designed for movement, so a little swaying in the wind is normal. Guests must be able to climb a steep staircase/ladder to access the loft bedroom. For security, a Ring video camera is active at the lodge building, recording the entrance and bathhouse area.
