This cozy 500 sq ft home is designed for maximum comfort and wonder. The layout features 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed located in a beautiful, window-filled upstairs area complete with a skylight. For additional sleeping arrangements to accommodate up to 4 guests, the living room includes a full-sized futon and a twin bed tucked into the ottoman. The home is rounded out with 1 bathroom, providing a relaxing sanctuary after a day of adventure.

Experience the magic of Cleary Summit, renowned for some of the best northern light shows in Alaska. You can witness the dancing lights from the comfort of your bed, from the private deck located just off the north side of the bedroom, or while soaking in the private hot tub outside. Inside, you will find a large kitchen and a beautiful bathroom featuring a sauna and a rainfall shower head, perfect for warming up after a day of skiing.

Location and Neighborhood: The property is ideally situated at the doorstep of Ski-Land Resort, just a one-minute walk away. During the summer and fall, guests are welcome to explore the Skiland trails on the mountain for hiking between 8am and 8pm.

• Note on Accessibility: The stairs leading to the queen bed are very steep, similar to a ladder, and may not be accessible to everyone
• Road Access: If cones are blocking the road, please move them to allow your vehicle through and replace them afterward
