The layout is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 8 guests without the morning rush. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom featuring two queen beds, and a convenient sleeper sofa in the living area. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, your group can maintain a seamless routine without the hassle of sharing a single bathroom.

Inside the home, you will find a full kitchen for preparing family meals, in-unit laundry for your convenience, and a dining table large enough to seat everyone at once. One of the most beloved features of this unit is the west-facing balcony. It overlooks the pool deck and offers a partial view of the Gulf, providing a lovely spot to catch the end of the sunset every evening.

Outside your door, you have access to a shared pool in the center of the property and a direct beach path that puts you on the sand in about two minutes. For your convenience, the unit includes beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels to take to the shore. Assigned parking is located on the south side of the building.

Please note that this unit is situated on the top floor of a two-story building. As there is no elevator, guests will need to carry luggage up one flight of stairs. Coconuts is a friendly, family-oriented complex rather than a corporate resort, meaning you'll be surrounded by other families enjoying their vacations.
