SMOKING IS PROHIBITED, except outdoors, using the designated ashtrays provided. Evidence of smoking indoors will immediately be assessed a $250 fee. All smoking trash not found in provided ashtrays, will be assessed a fee of $2.50 per instance.

PETS ARE PROHIBITED. Evidence of a pet anywhere on the premises, including outdoors, will immediately be assessed a $250 pet fee.

Rearrangement of furniture, lighting, or any other fixtures, will be assessed a service fee of $75/hour, for as long as it takes to restore the original condition.

Alterations to electronics, stereos, lighting, TV’s, etc., will be assessed a service fee of $75/hour, for as long as is required to restore to the original condition.

At NO TIME is the overnight occupancy of this property to exceed the stated number of your original reservation. The maximum limit for the property is 4.

Check-Out Check List

Dishes, pots, pans, glasses, etc., are to be collected, rinsed, and placed in dishwasher. Run the dishwasher prior to departure. Each additional load of dishes that must be cleaned will be assessed a $25 fee.

All linens are to be placed a pile in front of the washing machine prior to departure.

All windows and doors are to be closed tightly and locked prior to departure. If windows or doors are left open, an exterminator fee of $100 will be assessed. Lost keys will be assessed a fee of $150/lock, for replacement of the lock along with the associated locksmith installation fees.

All radios, stereos, TV’s, fans, and lighting, etc., are to be turned off, prior to departure.

Refrigerators, freezers, pantry, and countertops, etc., are to be emptied of all grocery items. Please leave any condiments, spices and unused gift basket/breakfast items presented at arrival. Each item collected will be considered discarded, and will be treated as collected trash items at $2.50 each.

Collect all personal items. Any personal items left upon departure will be considered discarded, and will be treated as collected trash items, based upon the discretion of the Housekeeping Service, and will also incur the $2.50 per trash item fee.

A photographic inventory will be taken immediately following departure, and if any items are found to be missing, damaged, etc., a fee of 3 times the replacement cost will be assessed. All indicated charges will be taken from the damage deposit on file.

Trash – The trash drawer is located just below/left of the sink. Full trash bags can be left outside of the apartment entry door, and replacement trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash drawer.
