To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests will collect keys from security stationed at the concierge desk. This is a non-smoking unit, and to maintain privacy and security, outside visitors are not permitted. Please be aware that drying laundry on the windows or balcony is strictly prohibited and may result in a R1000.00 fine from the property manager. Additionally, the unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events. There may be some noise from passing vehicles in the evenings; we recommend keeping windows closed at night if you are sensitive to noise.

As this is a self-catering property, daily cleaning and amenity replenishment are not included, though towels are refreshed every second day. A mandatory exit cleaning fee applies. Additional cleaning can be requested for a fee, or complimentary cleans are provided for extended stays (one clean for 9+ days, two for 2+ weeks, and three for 1+ month). Housekeeping does not operate on Sundays or public holidays. Our remote hosting team is available via phone and messaging from 8am to 10pm daily; please note that on-site assistance may involve a 1-hour wait and a call-out fee for lost keys.
