This beautiful, bright residence is situated within a former office building, located between the 1st and 4th floors and accessible via elevator or staircase. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests within 62 m² of living space. Each of the two bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with twin beds, a French balcony, and ample storage. The main living area is designed for both relaxation and productivity, featuring a dining area, a single bed, and a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed. For entertainment, a Smart TV with ZattooLive TV function is included.

While general property-wide amenities are managed digitally, the interior of the home is highly functional. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, french press coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom is complete with a shower and WC.

Located in Schöneweide, an urban science and technology hub in southeast Berlin, the property is ideally positioned between the BER airport and the city center. You can explore Berlin like a local with the S-Bahn and regional train station Schöneweide just 500 meters away, allowing you to reach the city center in approximately 20 to 30 minutes. The area offers numerous shopping opportunities for all your daily needs. Please note that because the building is situated on a busy street next to a tram stop and S-Bahn station, some noise may be noticeable.
