Designed for intimacy and relaxation, the casita features 1 bedroom with a spacious layout, 1 comfortable double bed equipped with a viscoelastic mattress for a wonderful night's sleep, and 1 bathroom featuring a modern shower with plenty of space. The interior is thoughtfully arranged, offering a pretty living area with a comfortable sofa, a small dining table, and an open kitchen with a double induction hob, all while being kept perfectly cool with air conditioning.

Step outside to your own private oasis where the terrace with inviting seating becomes your outdoor dining room. This outdoor area is a highlight of the property, featuring an original beach chair and a temperature-adjustable whirlpool for romantic evenings under a clear starry sky. Guests can enjoy the convenience of both gas and wood grills for open-air barbecuing, making it easy to savor fresh local Mediterranean ingredients.

Set within a working farm covering approximately 10,000 square meters, the property is a haven for nature lovers. You will be surrounded by orange, lemon, pomegranate, fig, and apricot trees, as well as about 80 olive trees. The finca is home to a variety of animals, including five dogs, horses, a cat, and about 25 chickens, with a neighborly peacock occasionally visiting. For a truly special experience, visit the pallet lounge on the finca to enjoy fantastic sunsets with a panoramic view of the Tramuntana mountains.

Located in a prime spot for exploration, the casita is just a 5-minute walk from the town of Muro and a small supermarket, with a bus stop and train station nearby. The beautiful beaches of Playa de Muro and Can Picafort are located approximately 9 km away.
